Is there anyone with the last name of Evje actually living in Evje, Norway right now? - canoe norway

I am the granddaughter of Carl and granddaughter Hyrmansen Kristoffer Evje Evje, who came both in Norway and the United States. We live in Minnesota, and our 25-year-old son, who is the image of Carl, wanted to live and work in the city or near Evje, if possible. He is skilled (carpentry, joinery, CNC machine operators, forklift operators & Bobcat skidsteer), but would like to work outdoor adventures, as if the people walking, canoeing, etc.
We would also like to know whether the city was named after one of our ancestors. I read that it was named after a farm, "Evje," where a church was built.
